This is not a healing retreat in the traditional sense. Over five days in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Eluña opens a ceremonial container where pain becomes the raw material for transformation rather than something to be managed or suppressed. Ancient creation stories, psychic skill-building, somatic sensing, and breathwork move the work through the body, not just the mind.
The Art of Living Retreat Center sits at elevation in the mountains of western North Carolina. The land itself holds the field. Meals are included, the schedule is full, and the container is intentional. You will leave different than you arrived.

How the days unfold
Days 2 through 4 follow this full rhythm. Sessions begin at 6 AM and the evenings are yours.
