Electric Body Mountain Meditation
In this meditation, you are guided to relax your body, then drop your awareness into your heart. Through heart activating breathwork, you open your heart more and more deeply. Then, you are guided on a journey up your mountain to gather the parts of your electric body and to merge with them.
You recover and re-member all the parts of your plasma body back into wholeness as you climb the mountain. At the peak, you integrate all aspects by bringing the energy from your 8th chakra, your Ka, through all parts of you and down through each chakra. Allow yourself to feel the different parts of your body humming and vibrating with the energy of the electric body. The more you put your attention on this, the more you will feel it.
